What we do.
Based in Wānaka, we are proud to provide in-depth planning advice and consultancy to the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago districts. As a small and independent team, we have the ability and agility to service towns and regions throughout New Zealand – we have helped deliver successful outcomes across New Zealand, from the Far North to Southland.

Our services.
The below services apply to all zones and types of proposals, including commercial, rural and residential projects.
- Provide planning advice, including advising on new projects, development potential and options, and due diligence
- Preparation of applications for land use and subdivision resource consents, deemed permitted activities and certificates of compliance.
The range of consents we regularly work on include (but are not limited to):- Earthwork consents
- Residential, visitor accommodation, commercial, agricultural and industrial development
- Rural building platforms and buildings
- Boundary adjustments and subdivisions (fee simple, unit title or strata) ranging from 2 to 100+ lots
- Regional Council bore and water take permits and discharge consents
- Variations and extensions of time to existing consents
- Preparation of Fast Track consent applications under the government’s Covid-19 Recovery (Fast Track Consenting) Act 2020
- Preparation of submissions on notified resource consents and plan changes
- Engagement of consultants whose inputs are required to complete applications for resource consent, submissions or evidence (landscape architects, surveyors, engineers, acoustic consultants, etc)
- Preparation of evidence and subsequent attendance at hearings or before the Environment Court
- Preparation of affidavits for the High Court
